Lead the development, pitch, and design of campaign-ready assets for brands, creating prototypes and concepts that bring campaigns to life across channels and full funnel. Collaborate with Creative and Production leadership to build and route assets through Smartly’s platform for campaigns on META, Snap, Pinterest, TikTok, and Google. Foster a culture of innovation, joy, and experimentation, while offering feedback to enhance the platform’s creative functionalities.
Qualifications:
8+ years experience as an art director or designer leading digital and/or channel efforts
Experience working in 2D/3D design software such as Adobe Creative Suite and Figma are a plus.
Rock solid presentation and communication skills.
Understanding of technical challenges for creating scaled creative campaign concepts and the associated assets.
Strong ability to influence and impact creative culture.
Effective understanding of SaaS products with an ability to marry scaled toolings with high-concept campaign recommendations
Proficient in cloud-based presentation & collaboration tools (Google Workspaces, Highspot, etc)
A deep understanding of social channels and how to develop campaigns that align with their audience distribution methods.
