The Black is Gold Organization’s mission is to empower young Black women and girls through personal and professional development, social-emotional learning resources, and college and career readiness initiatives. The organization fosters leadership and community engagement by providing access to mentorship, networking opportunities, and programming designed to prepare participants for success as future professionals, CEOs, and innovators.

Amber’s dedication to curating safe spaces for Black women and girls work has earned her widespread recognition, including the Emerging Power Builder Award from Women Employed and being named an AT&T Rising Future Maker.
